Ash, the project lead and main installer could not have been any more professional or give the project more attention to detail. He not only did the job on time but he over-delivered by giving us a really good deal with our hot-tub concrete base which i requested for in the middle of the project. Ash and Rico communicated with us continually throughout the process so my dad and I knew exactly what was being done. We have had so many issues with contractors over the years, this job was 100% the opposite.
